Marinated Veggies, Cheese and Sausage

6 ounces muenster cheese or provolone -- cut in 1/2" cubes
6 ounces salami or pepperoni (unsliced) -- cut in 1/2" cubes
2 cups fresh mushrooms -- halved
1 cup pimento stuffed green olives
1 cup ripe olives
1 small zucchini -- cut in 1 1/2" sticks
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning -- crushed
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes -- halved

Place cheese and sausage cubes, mushroom halves, olives, and zucchini sticks in a large non-reactive bowl. Toss lightly. Combine vinegar, oil, seasonings and garlic in a jar. Blend well and pour over ingredients in bowl. Cover and marinate, chilled, for 4 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, add cherry tomato halves. Serve with wooden picks.
