Marinated Veggies, Cheese and Sausage
6 ounces muenster cheese or provolone -- cut in 1/2" cubes Place cheese and sausage cubes, mushroom halves, olives, and zucchini sticks in a large non-reactive bowl. Toss lightly. Combine vinegar, oil, seasonings and garlic in a jar. Blend well and pour over ingredients in bowl. Cover and marinate, chilled, for 4 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, add cherry tomato halves. Serve with wooden picks.
